The Vital Lincoln City members’ voted for whom they believe was The Imps Man of The Match in their 1-0 defeat at home against Doncaster Rovers in League One.

Views from PerthImp: “BNC. The difference is he is not scared to give away possession and has a go. Defenders will not make mistakes if you don’t put them under pressure. He trusts his own ability. He only plays sideways and backward balls when he has no choice, unlike some others. It’s not all about just retaining possession – you don’t win games by retaining possession – look at MKD last year. Take a chance for goodness sake – we have some skillful players but they are not showing it for some reason.”

Views from our poll thread on our 100% Imps forum:

berksimps: “Brooke Dion Nelson Norton-Cuffy by a country mile. The youngster attacked like his namesake, won his own battles and should not have ended up on the losing side. Put some of his team mates to shame.”

Chesterimp: “Only just 18, if he keeps his focus young Norton Cuffy will make a name for himself at a much higher level and was head and shoulders above his teammates.

McGrandles again put in a shift.”

plumbob: “BNC was streets ahead.

Conor never fails us. Even when it’s not quite happening for him, that lad never hides. He will be getting my player of the season vote unless someone scores 30 in the remaining game!”
