Prior to the match, we published a quiz about last season’s meeting between Lincoln City and Ipswich Town at Sincil Bank. This can be found at the bottom of the article!

Here’s how the poll finished:

Views from our poll thread:

berksimps: “TJ was the stand out. A quality performance, quick thinking and always seeming to be at the right place at the right time. Unflappable, he cleared the ball when necessary and kept and controlled it when there were opportunities to create. When he is good he is very, very good.”

sedgleyimp: “Could have easily have gone for TJ (would be 2nd game running) or Paudie O’Connor both of whom were terrific but I’ve gone for Sean Roughan and that’s based on seeing him close up in the 2nd half keeping Burns virtually out of the game when we went to a back 4. A mature defensive 45 minutes by him.”

impsimps: “TJ, but many others stepped up! Have never been a Sorenson fan, but he ratted around and gave everything for the cause, long may it continue. Rushworth made some vital stops and never apart from the goal looked like he would beaten.”
