Here’s how the poll finished:

Views from our poll thread:

Chesterimp: “It could have been just about anyone in the team to be honest, and particularly the back 3 who each played to their strengths.

But TJ gets my vote, he’s clearly growing into his wing-back role, was sound defensively, and was willing to get forward. Makepeace and Gordon, we’re going on about his pushing up as a winger when we were in possession but he was doing that on Saturday too. That he looked better with Poole on the right is no coincidence. TJ’s header, follow-up, block, and follow-up celebration summed up the evening in about 5 seconds. He’s had a tough few weeks but is really starting to come through and show the TJ of 2 seasons ago.”

berksimps: “Another fantastic team performance, Mandriou, and House worked their socks off and the back five look the complete unit at the moment. So good to see TJ has regained his confidence. He gets the vote by a whisker, probably because of that defensive celebration.”

sedgleyimp: “Everyone was superb but TJ for me had his best game in a City shirt and that includes his loan period. Superb at both ends of the pitch and has made me change my mind about him not being a wing-back. He is.”
