Top of the pile for the first time is REECO HACKETT, returning to the side and scoring four times during February. Reeco’s average rating for the month of 7.54 shows exactly what the Imps were missing during his three-month absence.
CONOR McGRANDLES takes second place after returning to the club at the very end of the transfer window. Perhaps it is true that some players have a natural home where they can flourish – if so, we may be seeing a new arrival during the summer. Let’s hope the injury incurred against Shrewsbury does not end his season.
In third place is TEDDY BISHOP, who also topped the ratings twice during February. If he can maintain this level of performance to the end of the season – and cynics would say if he can stay fit – then he could be seeing a contract extension after all.
