Which Shrewsbury player disastrously decided not to sign for Lincoln at the start of the momentous 2016-17 season and joined relegation-bound Southport instead?

28/03/16: Lincoln City 1-1 Gateshead (Conference) – 4 yellow cards

TOTALS: Matches: 5 Yellow Cards: 18 Red Cards: 0

He received an average rating of 8.75 following the 1-0 win at home against Blackpool last season. Some of the comments can be found below:

sedgleyimp: “9/10 for me. Played the advantage rule really well including when offsides had been flagged but no need to call the play back. The only booking was deserved and decisive on the penalty.

Two good ones on the bounce. Can’t last!!!”

Luke Imp: “If I’m being hypercritical, he played a poor advantage in the first half where our advantage was a pass backwards and to our LB. Not sure about the penalty either.

That said, you didn’t notice him, which is always a good sign. 9.5/10.”

syimp: “9.5. Hardly noticed him and neither did the 617, which is telling in itself. No questioning of his parentage, even when Max was rightly booked.”
