Scotimp’s Views (From Season Preview):

Three wins from their last 19 games last season set the alarm bells ringing as Harriers slid to finish 16th. Things have not improved with chairman Rod Brown announcing that Harriers’ budget for 2015-16 is less than half last season’s spend, and that any money raised from the further sale of players would not go towards the playing budget. Five summer signings have come from local junior non-league sides. Not at all promising.

Prediction: Relegation battle ahead: could prove an unsuccessful one.

Scotimp’s Views (From Season Preview):

One of the unknown quantities in the league this season, a large turnover of staff under the inexperienced management of former player Moyses could produce an interesting opening few months for the Imps. Fund-raising activities of various kinds have raised over £200,000 during the close season, improving both the club’s financial standing and the playing budget. The new defence looks very solid with a better quality of player in midfield; with the departure of Tomlinson and Burrow, the question will be whether or not the side has enough goals in it. The difference could be the fitness of long-term injury victim Liam Hearn: a fit Hearn could secure a play-off spot.

Prediction: Top half for the first time since relegation in 2011.
