Who was Doncaster's famous player-manager when they were promoted from the Fourth Division with Lincoln in 1980-81?

Views from the Match Thread ahead of kick-off:

clanford: “Going to be hard today with the weather. Looks like the rain should just have about passed through by kick-off, but the wind looks to be very strong with gale-force gusts. Definitely one for teams who like to pass. Donny are clearly a strong side despite the recent slips and Moore and MAPP will know each other inside out through their WBA links. Think this will be a very even match. Hopefully, we will have the edge to just shade things.”
