He knows the club very well. He’s been here for a while and has been playing under Jamie Day when he managed here a while ago.

You have ex-Imp Sahr Kabba in your ranks this season. How has he done?
He’s played well, assisted players, scored goals, put in a real team effort.
Chris Bush spent last season with Welling. How was he thought of down there?
He was thought as one of our key defenders which sometimes saved the match.
You’ve lost some key players over the last year or so. Tyrone Marsh (a loan signing) and Harry Beautyman both departed last season and you lost Dominic Vose in the summer to Wrexham. Presumably you’ve found it difficult to replace those?
Yes, we haven’t a large budget so we do have restrictions on who we can sign, but we need players with some experience.
Admittedly I’ve not checked, but I read that the average age of your squad on Saturday was just over 21?
We do have a fairly young squad but we do need a couple of players with experience in our team to help the younger players progress and get better.

Thoughts on Lincoln City?
Can be a good team if they turn up but have had disappointing results. Should be a good test on Tuesday evening.
