TOTALS: Matches: 3 Yellow Cards: 5 Red Cards: 1

He received an average rating of 8.23 following the 2-0 win at home against Accrington Stanley last season. Some of the comments can be found below:

Huntsward: “Very good. He let the game flow. I think he got the penalty shouts about right. I wouldn’t be up in uproar had he not given the penalty, though I expect my view may differ had we not been 1-0 up at the time. I’d be very satisfied if all officials are up to his standard this season but I know I won’t.

8.5.”

Luke Imp: “Agree with everyone else, he was a good ref. Hopefully, we haven’t got the best early doors!

The only minor point was not booking their CB in the first half who dived but had a long chat with him.

9/10.”

Gaz_Imp: “9. Tried to let the game flow and treated both sides consistently the same. Be delighted if they are all of this standard in league 1.”
