Ahead of tomorrow’s match against Sunderland in League One, we asked our members what three things they think The Imps need to do to pick up all three points.

Here’s what sedgleyimp said:

1. Treat it like a home game. It is stating the obvious that our home form this season is far superior to that away from home. Two wins on our travels only shows this and a lack of goals away from the hallowed turf of Sincil Bank. I think that we have shown in the last two home games that we can beat anyone in this league if we play as we have lately. Transfer the progressive, inventive attacking play from home to the away matches will give us our best chance of three points. Sunderland might not expect it.

2. Support for the lone striker. This has been key to the two wins over the past week. Hesketh in the number 10 role has been a lot closer to Walker which results in more players getting into the box to getting efforts on goal and converting chances.

3. To steal a quote from Notty. Stop fannying about with it at the back. We have conceded goals this year from trying to play out from the back. Now I would be delighted if at some point this season we score following a 30 pass movement from a short goal kick that covers every blade of grass but if there is any doubt as to it happening, please stop fannying about at the back and get it away from our goal area.

Will The Imps win, lose or draw against Sunderland?
