Lincoln City’s Academy recently played Liverpool’s Youth side in a pre-season friendly. The Imps lost 3-1 but played very well in front of a crowd over 2,400.
Lincoln City’s Academy recently played Liverpool’s Youth side in a pre-season friendly. The Imps lost 3-1 but played very well in front of a crowd over 2,400. Moyses started on the bench for City but after making his U18 debut at 15 things look bright for the talented central midfielder. The young midfielder has already picked up awards including, U10’s Player of the Season. The 16-year old went all the way through the Academy system at Sincil Bank from under 8’s to under 16’s.
Best mate at the club?
Jack Fixter, I can talk to him about anything. Been all the way through the academy with him.
Who is the tightest?
Jack Weatherall, you can’t get a penny out the kid, even on FIFA.
Worst Dressed?
Got to be Luke Andersen, some of the gear he puts on?
Dressing Room DJ?
Fewkey (Sam Fewkes) likes his fair share of music from Skepta to House music.
Most Skillful?
Jenk Acar, he has great feet and gets fouled every time he’s on ball.
Gaffer’s pet?
Jenk again. He loves the gaffer this boy. Always talking to him.
First on the dance floor?
Matty Clarke, he has got some horrendous moves, but fair play to him. I wouldn’t do that.
Most likely to disgrace themselves at the Christmas party?
Matty Clarke again, some of things this boy does..
Best boots?
Definitely me, I have many pairs of boots, more boots the better.
Most prolific on twitter?
Lewis Millington. Milo loves a tweet, especially about when he scores.
Always late to training?
Regan Start is never on time. He’s always pumping balls up, or doing something stupid.
Best trainer?
Rich Walton trains like he plays. Very professional and always wants to win.
Most likely to make the Premier League?
Fewkey (Sam Fawkes) has got an unbelievable technique, he sprays around the pitch for fun. Very good player.
