The latest Imps Supporter to answer our Questions is Big Jack McGinley.

How long have you been following the Mighty Imps and what was your first game?

Since my elder brother started coming home raving on about some bloke called Dixie McNeil. First game – March 1975 0-0 vs Cambridge United.

What is your most memorable moment as an Imp? Good and Bad.

Good: promotion in 1988. Bad: relegation in 2011.

Since you have been following LCFC, what would your best eleven be?

(4-4-2) Stuart Naylor – Clive Evans, Trevor Peake, Steve Thompson, Phil Neale – Phil Turner, George Shipley, Bob Cumming, Glenn Cockerill – Darren Huckerby, Gary Lund.

Who is your all time favourite player?

Oddly enough, John McGinley.

What would you say is the best goal you have seen The Imps score?

Neil Matthews in a 2-2 draw vs Torquay in about 1993.

You’ve found 200k in cash under the bed and want to help out the Imps do you?

1. Buy a seat on the board.
2. Donate it to the club as long as it’s spent on the playing budget.
3. Donate it to the club with no conditions.
4. Invest it into the youth setup.
5. Other.

Other.

Stadium move, yes or no?

If it is in the best interets of the club, yes. I think there is a lot of hot air about Sincil Bank being our ‘spiritual home’. It may be true but I think fans of other cubs felt the same about Ayresome Park, Roker Park, The Baseball Ground etc, but they have all adapted and have new spiritual homes.

What of your possessions would you be prepared to lose if it meant the Imps won promotion back into the league?

My season ticket.

Which would you choose as a fan, lose 2 games out of 3 but beat Grimsby 5-0 or a 3 game winning streak not including Grimsby?

Three wins. Anybody who chooses three points over six is a bit strange!!
