NEW QUIZ: Oxford United (h): Last Time At Sincil Bank: We have also published a quiz about the last time the two sides met at Sincil Bank, which can be found HERE, or at the bottom of the page!

How long have you supported Oxford United?

Around 20 years.

Where did you finish last season?

Eighth: in the end seven points off the playoffs but finished on more points than the previous campaign when we finished sixth.

How do you feel about the departure of Karl Robinson and who would you like to see appointed?

Well, Karl Robinson has been sacked after picking up just one point in eight games so this is the first match without him. Gutted at how it ended for him but that is football. Michael Appleton has been heavily linked with a return to the club.

What were and now are your hopes and expectations for the 2022/23 season?

Hoped for another playoff campaign but now we are just looking to avoid the drop.

One(s) to watch?

Cameron Brannagan – top scorer and all round top quality midfielder. Our squad isn’t as good as recent seasons and lacking in both attack and defence.

Which teams do you think will finish in the top six in League One?

Sheffield Wednesday, Plymouth, Ipswich, Bolton, Derby and Barnsley.

Which teams do you think will finish in the bottom four in League One?

Forest Green, Cambridge, Cheltenham and Morecambe.

What are your thoughts on Lincoln City?

Always been a likeable club but have struggled since their playoff campaign.

What do you think the score will be?

0-0. Would definitely take a clean sheet!

Random fact about your Club?

We were the first club to win a major trophy (Milk Cup in 1986) to be relegated from the Football League.

If you could steal one Lincoln City player for your own team, who would it be and why?

Liked Mide Shodipo when he was on loan with us. We need him this season!

What are your proudest and most embarrassing moments as an Oxford United supporter?

My Proudest was promotion from the Conference in 2010. Promotion from League Two in 2016 was also up there.

Embarrassing would be relegation from the Football League – a 3-2 defeat at home to Leyton Orient on the final day of the 2005/06 season.

Who would you say is your most underrated player?

Probably Ciaron Brown. A reliable defender who covers well at left-back.

Do you have a Supporters Trust and what role do they play at the Club?

OxVox – OxVox is a non-profit making Supporters Trust, run by fans, for fans, with membership open to all Oxford United supporters everywhere.

Which was your favourite match involving Oxford United?

Any of the wins over Swindon are all good. We’ve also had a couple of 6-0 away wins (Lincoln and Crewe) that are up there. Middlesbrough away in the FA Cup was also an incredible day out.

Which was your least favourite match involving Oxford United?

Leyton Orient defeat condemned us to relegation into the non-league.
