How Long Have You Supported Crawley Town?

I went to my first Crawley match exactly 6 years ago and I have supported them ever since.

Last Season’s League Finish?

19th.

What Do You Think Of Your Manager?

Harry Kewell hasn’t had the best of starts so far with only 4 wins in 15 league games, but last Saturday he proved that he can be a successful manager, drawing 0-0 against Luton. He loves hard work but if someone doesn’t agree with him then there will be issues.

Hopes/Expectations This Season?

At the beginning of the season I would of taken top half finish, with the possibility of play-offs. However, now I would take anywhere that is not near the relegation zone.

One(s) To Watch?

Enzio Boldewijn – Speedy dutch winger with the ability to skill up any player on the wing.

Panutche Camara – Definitely a player to look out for in the near future. He played superbly against Luton last saturday, getting into the Team of the week. He always puts 110% effort in.

Top Seven Predictions?

Luton, Notts County, Exeter, Accrington, Coventry, Swindon and Stevenage.

Bottom Two Predictions?

Forest Green Rovers and Chesterfield.

Thoughts on Lincoln City?

They did fantastically in the FA Cup and I didn’t expect them to get anything from this season in the league. However, they are exceeding my expectations in 10th.

Random Fact About Your Club?

As a non-league club in 2010/11, we beat Swindon, Derby and Torquay to get to the 5th round. Only to lose 1-0 away to Machecter United.

What are your proudest and most embarrassing moments as a Crawley Town Supporter?

Proudest – Getting promoted to the Football League for the first time in the clubs history.

Embarrassing – When we got relegated back down the League Two after three seasons in League One.

Do you have a Supporters Trust and what role do they play at the Club?

Yes we do, the club are currently looking for a member of the Supporters Trust to be part of the Club Board of Directors. This will hopefully improve the relationship between the fans and the board.

Which was your favourite match involving Crawley Town?

Crawley Town V MK dons – Drew 2-2 and had to play Matt Harrold, a striker, in goal for 60+ minutes as out injured goalkeeper hurt his hand and ended up standing behind the goal for the rest of the match.

Which was your least favourite match involving Crawley Town?

Crawley against Coventry, the time we got relegated back down to League Two. I will never forget that day.

Steve Evans – messiah or mercenary?

Messiah. We would not be where we are right now if it wasn’t for him. He got us players who ended up being legends, such as Matt Tubbs, Sergio Torres and Dannie Bulman.
