Having seen his two matches for Lincoln many have made a mountain out of a mole hill. His first game V the Shrews was pretty good given we were slaughtered 4-0. Out of 8 headers he won 7. His control and touch were good. If we had had a midfield things might be different.

Ok he`s not a Stallard, but then who could be. He is a similar player and a fabulous ball winner. Pace wise they are about the same. He also pocesses the heart and strength of a Lion. Give him time and service and he`ll do Stallard`s job when called upon. Few go 46 games and even fewer in their 30`s. At 36, 6 foot 3 and 13 stone he is here to do a job this year.

And that is to get us out of league two before he hangs up his boots. Last year he only got 2 goals but ask Billy Sharpe how many he created.
