Young Lincoln City striker Ollie Ryan has extended his loan spell with Unibond Premier League side Ilkeston Town.

Despite not finding the net in five outings for Nigel Jemson’s side, Ryan has impressed enough for the club to want to keep until the start of January.

But Imps boss Keith Alexander has put a clause into the deal meaning he can recall either him if he wants to.

Meanwhile, Steve Robinson has been allowed to stay with Worksop Town for a further month and there is speculation he could be leaving the club in January.

The summer signing from Swindon has only played once for City this season and seems surplus to requirements at the club.
