Remembering the Big Man and Butch

The sad anniversary of Keith Alexander’s death came and went recently and it is only a little over two months since Richard Butcher passed away. They were at Macclesfield when they died but both are also remembered fondly by supporters at Lincoln City.

Both were major characters at the club who took Lincoln City to that unexpected first play off final at Cardiff and again two years later against Southend.

A Memorial Fund has been set up to fund commemorations for both men at Moss Rose and Sincil Bank and there will be a collection tonight at the match.
