Pre-match discussion on the forum:

clanfordimp: “Jensen
O’Connor – Jackson – Roughan
Sorensen – Bishop – Erhahon – Hackett
Mandroiu
House – Taylor

Torn between bringing Jackson in for Mitchell but I think an experienced head maybe needed for such an important game and Mitchell looked knackered on Saturday.

Same for Moylan, his levels aren’t up there at the minute. Not for lack of effort but for rotation and to freshen the midfield….if Bishop’s fit.

Oxford United 1 v 2 Lincoln City.”

Limpy: “Must win game obviously.

Don’t think he’ll change much tonight but for me Reeco and Moylan have been off it in the last few games and that would be the changes I’d make.

Wouldn’t be shocked if he drops House into an AM role and brings in Freddie or Jovon for Moylan to really go for it.

If we can get a lead its going be be a nervy game for both sides, which could open things up for us. As always first goal is so important.

0-2 to the mighty Imps.”

mikeosullivan: “It will be the same 11 that started Saturday I think, with Skoobs hoping they just had a bad day, and the importance of the game will triumph over their tiredness.

Bishop missing our two most important games of the season has, in my opinion, lost him the chance of the club offering him a new contract. As they did with Walsh, the club will want to bring in someone more reliable as regards fitness.

Hopefully Danny and Moylan, despite not playing in their best positions, will step up tonight – as it will be our midfield that will determine whether we get a result.

It will be tense, but 1-2 to Oxford sadly.”
