Ahead of tomorrow night’s match against Oldham Athletic in Sky Bet League Two, we asked our members what three things they think The Imps need to do to pick up all three points.

Here’s what Jamesimp said:

1. Confidence in defence, we’ve looked nervy at home protecting our goal, Shackell could well miss the game putting Bolger and Bostwick in the middle with Wilson as back up. Eardley has done well going forward putting some excellent crosses in but looked leg weary when a winger runs at him, Toffolo simply hasn’t been on his A game of late.

2. Whoever plays up front with big John needs to get somewhere near him, whether it Rheady or one of three attacking midfielders playing at being forwards they need to get up there, Rheady played a different way against Yeovil than at Forest Green Rovers, he was far more defensive, yet again big John was on his own with 3 markers.

3. We need another energetic performance from the midfielders, Andrade, Anderson and O’Hara worked hard both against Forest Green Rovers and Yeovil Town, and put them on the back foot, it’s another cup final Tuesday, we all need to turn up!

And here’s what berksimps said:

1. We could do with taking more of the chances that are being created. Against increasingly better opposition clinical finishing will be the order of the day, whoever takes the responsibility. To that end, Harry Anderson will have to be better with his one on ones, and John Akinde with his shooting.

2. Play one of the big men properly up front if they are on the pitch together. That was the difference between the FGR and Yeovil games. When one is up front they get the choice of trying to head a goal or guiding it to others. Immediately they then become a greater threat.

3. The defence has become pretty much rock solid in the last two games, but it is likely to get harder. Shackell, normally first on the team sheet, may not be fit. Bostwick, and to an extent Eardley, will have to be careful getting too far forward in this circumstance. Bolger, with a bit more pace, should fill in OK, and just might get himself on the score sheet.t
