How long have you supported Port Vale?
Since 2000/01 season.
What were and now are your hopes and expectations for the 2023/24 season?
Wanted to avoid relegation by the end of March, so that in April we weren’t looking over our shoulder counting points. But doesn’t look like I’m getting that.
What are your views on the appointment of Darren Moore?
Brilliant appointment but at a horrible time, the transfer window closed and most free agents out there haven’t played football for 6 months.
Style of play and tactics – direct/passing/hybrid?
Unsure. Moore has played 352 and 4231 in his two games so far.
One(s) to watch now and in the future?
Ben Garrity now! Excellent centre midfielder and scores goals.
For the future James Plant or Jack Shorrock. Two products of the youth academy. Planty, has played a bit of football but missed 12 weeks with a shoulder injury. Whereas Shorrock is 17 and looks like a real prospect.

Which were your favourite and least favourite matches involving Port Vale?
Favourite match Huddersfield away FA Cup 4-3 after being 3-2 down.
Least favourite…where do we begin? We’ve had a few this season, but Swindon away in general I’ve seen us concede 5 and 6 there.
Which sides do you think will finish in the top six and which do you think will finish in the bottom four?
Portsmouth, Bolton, Peterborough, Oxford, Derby and Barnsley.

What are your thoughts on Lincoln City?
The fan zone is good but as a team have no real feelings either way.
If you could steal one Lincoln City player for your team, who would it be and why?
Ethan Hamilton. Always looked good for Accrington previously.
What is your prediction for this match?
Head says 2-1 defeat and heart says 1-0 win.
What are your views on your January transfer business?
Bloody awful.
