The Cheltenham strike force of Jeff Goulding and Wes Thomas will be looking to add to their tally of 21 goals so far as they face the Imps at Whaddon Road tonight. The Imps fresh off the back of the 4-3 win at Stockport will be hoping that the defence can hold out against the deadly duo.

The 24 year old Wes Thomas is the speed merchant of the pair with the 6`2″ Jeff Goulding providing the target man presence up front for the Robins. It will be up to Danny Hone and Adam Watts to keep the pair quite whilst the prolific Ashley Grimes puts in the effort up front for the Imps.

It’s also possible that new signing from Notts County, Stephen Hunt could be switched to central defence after his impressive display at left back against Stockport.

One change imposed on the Imps team that performed so well at Stockport will be the absence of Mustapha Carayol who is out with a hamstring injury. With Joe Anyon back from his hip injury it is likely that he will be on the bench with Sunderland loanee Trevor Carson continuing between the sticks for City.
