The Imps have completed the signing of centre-back Alex Mitchell on a season-long loan from Sky Bet Championship club Millwall.
The 21-year-old spent last season on loan at Scottish Premiership side St. Johnstone.

Alex Mitchell: “This is a great opportunity for me, I’ve had a nice trajectory with my loans with an increase in level each time which has really helped me and I can’t wait to make the step up to League One.
“Everyone at the club has been brilliant – I wanted to come from my first conversation with Jez. I’ve asked ex players and staff about the club and they all only have positive things to say. I’ve had a walk around Lincoln, learning all about the amazing history of the city, and now I can’t wait to get going and am really looking forward to playing for this club.”
