Sausthorpe Imp: “What a change in Imps’ playing and tactics, despite Cambridge being poor. Much more harrying, fewer long aimless balls, greater desire and pressing, jumping on second balls. The coach is starting to make his mark!”
PerthImp: “Great performance from the Imps. Almost total control throughout the game. Some lovely football in the front third. We played as a team and did everything we needed to, against a team who are on a downer. Wouldn’t disagree with Mark Hone’s MoM of Ethan Erhahon, who actually dominated the midfield, both offensively and defensively. Honourable mentions to Mandriou and Eyoma.”
