The Football League has now announced the officials that will take charge of the match between Barnsley and Lincoln City in the EFL Trophy.

Barnsley host Lincoln City on Tuesday, August 30 for the match at Oakwell and the match carries a 19:45 kick-off.

Referee: Martin Woods.
Assistants Referees: Bradley Hall and Steven Rushton.
Fourth Official: William Davis.

This will be the first time Martin Woods has been in the middle for a match involving Lincoln City. He made his Football League debut as a referee in April 2022, for the match between Walsall and Carlisle United (1-0) in League Two, showing four yellow cards, including a booking for current Imps loanee Carl Rushworth. Woods was officially promoted to the National Group (League One & League Two) ahead of this season.
