With just 4 days to go until the big K.O could the imps be on the verge of something special without realising it? Last season we thought would be it, with the hype ending up like tripe. Many managers have tried, and failed, but surely this is all or nothing for Jackson.
We have something not seen at the Bank for many years this season. Young, enthusiastic players. It could work fantastically well, but it could end
up in near relegation. With these lads it is all about the confidence, and this year think we all have some confidene deep down, but dont want to
say it after last season. Us Imp fans dream of what it would be like running away with the league, or winning 5-0 at wembey. Ok this might not happen, but we could do something similar. So lets just look forward to the new seaon and see what happens.
With the squad in place, it looks like we will concede the least in this league, and have the highest scoring defence in our league, with the the 2 H-bombs creating havoc down the wing,with their partners in crime, Jamie Clarke, and Aaron Borwn. And our attackers are so beastley, they will make other teams run away, letting us score the most in this league.If Stefan Oakes provides the bullets season, we may see a strike-force from the Forrester era. But with a better defence. This could be a fantastic season for Lincoln and we are a team that could be a suprise package here Impdom, and if we get behind the team, and help them beat barnet, who knows.
