3 Aaron Brown Is No Clown

After leaving by mutual consent in January, Aaron trialled for Wrexham and won a contract until the end of this season on March 25th. Despite the Dragon`s releasing 11 players he appears to have won a new one year deal and made 8 appearances after a debut against Histon.

Despite being a terrific left midfielder he never got a chance to play in his natural position due to a need for him to cover the left back position under three managerial teams. Needless to say a gifted midfielder did it badly. Then his chances under Sutton ended as soon as he came within a whisker of his appearance trigger.

He was our our crown jewel last season even if Dany did take the sponsors bouquets at the Bank. He led the assists chart despite playing over half the season at left back. Unlike most wide players he can also track back and work on the left in a 3 man midfield. Takes a great corner and knows exactly how and when to deliver a cross.
