Comments:

German Imp: “Rhead Man of the Match for me, not only his two well taken goals but his overall link up play, intelligent through balls and flick on`s. I thought second half in particular FGR players were scared of him as nobody seemed to want to challenge him for headers.

Shout out for Raggs, he was also up there, but for me Rhead just shaded it.”

HitherImp: “Rheady back to his unplayable best, he really is a happy chappy these days! Love the dramatic goal celebrations, keep ’em coming. It’s not just the goals though, he was so often placing sweet passes in the buildup and scaring the defence witless.”

Luke Imp: “I’m not sure on this because Rhead did well again, as did Anderson (who had Scott Laird on toast) and Arnold, for me, was back to his defensive best. He probably can’t impact a game from an attacking point of view like he could in the NL but he offers great protection to Habergham (or Eardley for a spell today).

Rhead, aside from scoring two, also created a couple of chances as well, so it’d be harsh not to give him in the nod!”
