Comments:

The Imposter: “I thought Woodyard had a good game last night. He was everywhere in midfield, he harried and probed, hustled them all night and was generally at the heart of all things City. He may have given the ball away a couple of times, but his good work more than offset his bad. Also don’t agree with Palmer and headers – he barely won any all night, and the only time he did was the odd time he shook off a defender.”

Jaggy Imp: Some decent performances last night. Thought Gino did well, Palmer too, but I’ve gone for Anderson. He was a real threat throughout the game, even when he was clearly knackered! What sort of deal do we have him on? I’m guessing it can’t be long before other teams start having a look at him.”

HitherImp: “I felt Ginnelly had a much better game – loads of industry and full of running. Much more what he’s capable of….”
