Great three points on Tuesday. Changes worked well, played everything right for first 43 minutes. Learned a lot second half, nice to learn when you are in the lead.

Local derby is for the supporters, overwhelmed by support on Tuesday and need to pay them back with a good result at Grimsby.

Players have to “problem solve it within the scaffolding of our game plan.” Eek. Players need to think clearly in the moment and make the required decisions.

Looking forward to going back to Blundell Park and hope to exploit their perceived weaknesses.

Recognises that our support will be noticed by the team even though they will be outnumbered. Won twice in a few weeks 1-0 at BP with Braintree so have fond memories of the place.

Has great respect for Grimsby and their manager, who has huge experience and seems very open and honest.

Only preparation differences reflect the early 1.00 pm kick off.

Nathan Arnold now fit and desperately wants to play. Very professional about things and he obviously knows Blundell Park backwards.

Danny looks forward to the occasion and atmosphere. Loved the West Ham v Tottenham derby as a kid. Concorde v Canvey Island was the local derby as a young manager, they won on 9 out of ten occasions.
