Young Lincoln City goalkeeper Ayden Duffy has extended his loan spell at Nationwide North side Worksop Town.

The highly-rated 19-year-old joined the Tigers for an initial month’s deal, but he will now stay with the Nottinghamshire club until December.

Meanwhile, Phil Watt has returned to Sincil Bank after an eight-game spell at Grantham Town.

The teenage defender has endured a disappointing second stint with the Gingerbreads as they have struggled in the Unibond Premier League, so much so that boss Lee Glover was fired a fortnight ago and replaced by former Frickley manager Gary Marrow.

Elsewhere, former Imps midfielder Ben Sedgemore has recently joined Cambridge United on non-contract terms following a spell with Canvey Island. He joins other ex-City men Marcus Richardson and Ritchie Hanlon at the Abbey Stadium.
