How would you describe your season?

Inconsistent. We have never really got to the same levels we reached last season, although we actually have more points at this stage of the season now than we did last year. We have played in spells. At the moment we havent scored at home for four matches and if we dont score again today, that is a new record that we dont want.
We have recently recorded six consecutive defeats, which ruined our play-off chances really. It has not been bad in spells either.

Rate Paul Simpson for us?
Paul Simpson has developed a love/hate relationship with fans. However, it seems quite a few fans have lost their patience with him and believe he plays boring football. I really dont think it is too bad at the moment and some fans need a reality check, we were in the conference not long ago and have developed as a club under him. Patience is required for us to move on next season. And our budget isnt as big as you may think.

Who have been your best performers?

David Button, on loan from Spurs. A very promisign young keeper and one that we would welcome back next year. He has kept us in many games this season and is definitely one for the future. Terry Dunfield has been on and off as have Dave Hibbert and another loan man Joe Skarz, from Huddersfield.
Tom Bradshaw exploded onto the scene against Crewe the other week. Two goals in fifteen minutes for the seventeen year old on his debut has almost equalled our second top scorer Steve Leslie, who has 6.

Worst?

There have been a few but it might be a bit harsh to say right now. Ten players are out of contract in the summer, unfortunately Lewis Neal will be here next year.

How do you think Lincoln have fared?

On and off? Been down there all season really, but safe-ish. It will be interestingto see how the club progresses with board room changes next season. I would like to see Chris Sutton do well, it seems he has a bit of a temper?
Davide Somma would be a great player to keep hold of and young Cian Hughton.
Why did Stefan Oakes leave???

What will the score be?

1-0 Town in a borefest of joy.

Where do you go from here?

Improved summer signing, Simpson stays and carries on his project. He will need the support of some very negative Town fans though. It would be good to build confidence with a close shave with the play-offs after winning the rest of our remaining matches.
