Having been a fan of Lincoln City Football Club for some 45 years I am puzzled as to why some of the fans are against CS. Prior to him joining us the club was going nowhere, with under achieving players that were unfit. It cannot be easy having to undertake a preseason whilst you are involved at the wrong end of the table two months from a transfer window.
The majority of the players brought in by CS have been better than the players that were here. In addition we have had more than our fair share of injuries, that can hardly been blamed on CS. He is still learning as a manager, and has and will make mistakes, but is there a manager who hasn’t?
While we are at the wrong end of the table, give all the support we can, then, when the new season arrives we will see, depending of course on funds available, just how good he is when, it will truly be his team. We are entitled to our opinions, but at this time let`s make it constructive opinions.
Come on lets all cheer the good old imps on safety, to perhaps a far better 2010/2011 season.
