And now for the answers provided by Steve:

How long have you supported Peterborough United?

21 years.

Where did you finish last season?

We didn’t finish last season.

What do you think of your manager?

He’s a top, top manager at this level, his track record at Posh when it comes to promotions speaks for itself. Plus, he’s clearly got a real affinity to Peterborough United, with this being his third stint at the club!

What were your hopes and expectations for the 2020/21 season?

Promotion by any means necessary. However, I was expecting via play-offs as opposed to having a shot at automatics!

One(s) to watch?

Clarke-Harris, Szmodics & Dembele are ‘well known’ threats to any League One side. But Jack Taylor in central midfield is the glue that holds the team together, if he’s playing well, he brings the whole team up a level.

Following Hull City securing promotion to the Championship, do you think you will secure the required points total to join them? And which teams do you think will make the play-offs?

I hope and pray we will do what is required to go up via automatics, but with Posh there are no guarantees.

Play-offs: Lincoln, Blackpool, Sunderland and Charlton. With Blackpool going up!

Following the relegation of Bristol Rovers and Swindon Town to League Two, which two teams do you think will be joining them?

Rochdale and Northampton, who both need a miracle to survive.

What are your thoughts on Lincoln City?

A solid, hard-working outfit. Expecting a tough game on Saturday.

What do you think the score will be?

A very nervy 1-1.

Random fact about your Club?

We’ve never lost at Wembley.

If you could steal one Lincoln City player for your own team, who would it be and why?

Jorge Grant – goal scoring midfielder.

What are your proudest and most embarrassing moments as a Peterborough United supporter?

Proudest: Watching Posh win at Wembley.

Most embarrassing: There’s too many. One that comes to mind is losing to Kidderminster Harriers in the FA Cup on a cold Tuesday night.

Who would you say is your most underrated player?

Even though he’s just been nominated in the EFL L1 team of the year, Joe Ward. His work rate is unbelievable, and he offers so much at both ends of the pitch.

Do you have a Supporters Trust and what role do they play at the Club?

We have two, one linked to the club (Posh Supporters Trust) and the independent PISA. Both have been heavily involved in ensuring the ground itself is protected to maintain the long-term security of the football club. In addition, they’ve raised thousands of pounds to commemorate club legends who are no longer with us, for example the Chris Turner statue that proudly sits outside London Road.

Which was your favourite match involving Peterborough United?

The 7 minutes of madness at Old Trafford vs Huddersfield.

Which was your least favourite match involving Peterborough United?

Crystal Palace away 2013, where we were relegated from the Championship in the final minute of the game.

Do you have a Former Players Association at Peterborough United?

I’m not sure if we’ve got an official association, but players of the past are regularly made ‘Guests of honour’ at home games and presented to the crowd before kick-off.

What is the best thing about Peterborough?

The Cathedral & The Posh.
