TOTALS: Matches: 5 Yellow Cards: 12 Red Cards: 1

He received an average rating of 1.83 following the 1-0 win at home against Wrexham in November 2016. Some of the comments can be found below:

cdhIMP: “1/10 as he correctly gave a penalty to us and correctly sent off Raggett.

Another than that, a completely inept display and the worst I have seen at Sincil Bank this season and that is saying something.

A special mention goes to the National League and the FA for being able to outdo themselves week after week by appointing someone more useless than our previous home fixture.”

Scotimp: “0.5.

That isn’t an over-reaction, I have had plenty of time to think about this after my long drive home last night. This was the worst ref I have seen in 47 years of watching football. He only gets a half-mark because he gave the penalty, which was a blatant foul on Rhead. He got almost everything else wrong – for both sides. He repeatedly gave blatant fouls to the other team, gave corners that were goal kicks, goal kicks that were corners, missed a couple of obvious Lincoln penalties, gave a red card to Raggett when it was a yellow at worst, failed to maintain consistency when McDonagh went straight through Elliott Whitehouse, and generally pratted about the pitch lecturing everyone. He wasn’t helped by the most indecisive linesman I have ever seen (Sincil Bank side), but this guy clearly does not have what it takes to be a real referee.

Should never be allowed near a professional football match again.”
