The Working Party has been working hard to replace the current rules which have been deemed not to be fit for purpose.

From www.impstrust.uk:

“The Working Party has been working hard to replace the current rules which have been deemed not to be fit for purpose. Dialogue between the Working Party and Supporters Direct, the national umbrella organisation for Trusts, has been ongoing and a fully updated version of the rules have now been sent back to Supporters Direct for final comment before they are then proposed to a General Meeting. A number of other policies and Standing Orders have also been put together.

These now include the Supporter Community Mutual Rules, Board Membership and Conduct Policy, Election Policy, Standing Orders for Board Meetings, Standing Orders for General Meetings and Disciplinary Policy. Once agreed that everything is in order these will be promulgated to interested parties and voted on at a future General Meeting at which the members of the Trust can vote whether to accept them or not.”
