Following the 1-0 win versus Leyton Orient at Brisbane Road in League One, I asked the Vital Lincoln City members to nominate who they believe was City’s Man of the Match. On this occasion, two players were nominated within 24 hours following the thread being started. Those players were: Lukas Jensen and Jovon Makama.

VOTE AT THE BOTTOM: You can now vote for which of the three you believe was The Imps Man of The Match in the poll at the bottom! A screenshot of the poll will be taken at 07:00 tomorrow morning!

Here are some of the views from the nominations thread:

Riiiiik: “Jensen without a doubt. Lost count of the amount of cracking saves he made to keep us in the game, enabling us to then take the three points with a Hamilton late goal.”

Chesterimp: “This might become as monotonous as the first half, but can’t look beyond Jensen (or Sorensen according to Hortin!) with those important saves and dominance of his area.

Now about that kicking, Lukas…..”

Imps2018: “He might have only been on for a few minutes – but Makama was fantastic. Put himself about, put the challenge in and was a constant nuisance. On the back of that – deserves a start soon.

Erhahon, Lasse, TJ and Jensen all had commendable performances. Others lacked effort.”

POLL: Leyton Orient (a): Who Was Your Man of The Match?
