Imps FA Cup Tie Postponed

With temperatures not rising above freezing over the last few days the Sincil Bank pitch has deemed to be unplayable and remains frozen ahead of tomorrow night’s clash with Hereford United.

Therefore Imps 2nd round FA Cup replay has been postponed to next Tuesday. The match will now take place on 14th December at 7.45pm.

If the big freeze continues it may be that the fixture backlog may grow, Still at least the injured players should be back and Danny Hone may be back from Darlington in time for the New Year, bigger and better according to his agent.

We could do with another centre back at Sincil Bank, could be a welcome boost to Steve Tlson’s squad for 2011!
