Ahead of Saturday afternoons game against Macclesfield Town in Sky Bet League Two, we asked our members what three things they think we need to do to leave Moss Rose with all three points.

Here’s what NottyImp said:

1. Play with intensity. We’re still a team that seems to do better when running about a lot. I’d like to see us press more than recently, as I think Macclesfield could struggle with that.

2. Play Bostwick in midfield, somewhere. He gives us that battling edge when he’s in there that sometimes is absent with the (ahem) more “cultured” players. This will also allow us to get the proper centre-backs back on the pitch and forming a solid partnership with the goalkeeper.

3. Play 2 up front. I really, really don’t like playing one up front. With our system, they frequently become isolated. we have the ability to score goals so let’s go for it and get some of our excellent talent up-front on the pitch to thoroughly muller the opposition.
