Post-match views from the Match Thread:

LA_Imp: “It’s been a pleasure Imps. An incredibly important 3 points. Let’s keep pushing every match. Enjoy the rest of your Easter weekend Imps and safe travels to all who made the trip to Carlisle. UTI.”

imps_joe: “3 points most important thing. 3 excellent goals.

The game was more difficult than it could have been. Really we should have capitalised on our complete dominance in the first 25 minutes. We let Carlisle into the game but they didn’t look threatening until the 2nd half. Carlisle has to push on and had nothing to lose so not surprising they had chances.

The game demonstrated again how important Erahon is. Credit to Wright who made a handful of good saves.”

PortMacImp: “Job done and 3 points secured. Credit to Carlisle for having a real go at times despite their limitations as it has clearly been a difficult season for them. We needed to win this one as it keeps the pressure on Oxford and they are closely getting to the position where they will have to win the game on 16th April. Onwards to Reading.”
