The latest Imps Supporter to answer our Questions is Russell Smith

How long have you been following the Mighty Imps and what was your first game?

1967 V Bradford Park Avenue.

Since you have been following LCFC, what would your best eleven be?

Colin Murphy’s side of ’81/’82.

Who is your all time favourite player?

None just have teams I remember after all it’s a team game.

What would you say is the best goal you have seen The Imps score?

Mick Harford v Hull City in the League Cup (’80?)

You’ve found 200k in cash under the bed and want to help out the Imps do you?

1. Buy a seat on the board.
2. Donate it to the club as long as it’s spent on the playing budget.
3. Donate it to the club with no conditions.
4. Invest it into the youth setup.
5. Other

I don’t think £200k would go that far, but would would need to be invested in off field infrastructure such as conferencing to start bringing regular revenue into the club and build the club that way.

Stadium move, yes or no?

No plenty of room to redevelop SB if it was ever required, it’s also the clubs spiritual home – current set up more than adequate for the clubs circumstances.

What of your possessions would you be prepared to lose if it meant the Imps won promotion back into the league?

None, the FL looks a long way off at the moment.

Which would you choose as a fan, lose 2 games out of 3 but beat Grimsby 5-0 or a 3 game winning streak not including Grimsby?

Beating Huddersfield Town at the McAlpine.
