Former Mansfield and Wrexham striker Jefferson Louis has arrived from Southern Premier Division side Brackley Town.
The 32 year old experienced player has also played for Oxford United and Bristol Rovers and has signed until the end of the current season.
Holdsworth told the Lincolnshire Echo of his main aim saying: ‘We are trying to strengthen and we’re looking for goals.’

Louis will join his cousin Richard Pacquette in the Imps’s camp as Holdsworth looks to bolster his already large squad.
