Rob Burch completed his 100th game in Imp colours against Macclesfield last week. It rounded off a fabulous season for a player who has already become a firm favourite with Imp fans.
There is no doubting the 2009/10 player of the year has been head and shoulders above his peers in every department with man of the match performances in almost a third of our games.
Rob is in the business of saving and thankfully for us who call out ‘England`s number one` behind his goal he has rarely let us down. Nothing like seeing a keeper dive full length and catch a ball with just 20 foot and a net between you.
Outstanding keeper, a real rock and a man who believes actions speek louder than words.
Come on Rob you know you want to stay with us for another year. And if you want we will even have a whip round for a hands free kit!
